Book Review: Good Night Colorado by Adam Gamble

Good Night Colorado by Adam Gamble

This delightful board book features several popular Colorado activities:  rafting on the mighty Colorado river and hiking, snow skiing, horseback riding in a variety of locations such as the Centennial State’s famous Rocky Mountain National Park. Several popular Colorado locations are also included: Steamboat
Springs, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, The Royal Gorge, and the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine.

What I liked about this book:  The illustrations are colorful and will appeal to young children.  This is an excellent book to introduce young children to Colorado.

What I didn’t like about the book: I liked it all.

Recommended for pre-school and above.

I am returning this year as the librarian for Academy Endeavour Elementary. I am a complete and total bookworm. I love talking books with students and parents. If you ask me what my favorite book is I will tell you that it changes every day. I hope you will stop by this blog often and discuss books with me. Or drop into the library and see what our wonderful students are learning.
